These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://jetreadybag.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered by JetReady Bag ("we," "us," or "our"). If a product offered by JetReady Bag is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, as per our Refund Policy.

JETREADY BAG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JetReady Bag, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where JetReady Bag is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 12. Severability Clause
